Planning a wine tasting event can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be! Whether you’re booking a corporate wine event in Boston, a private dinner party, or something totally outside the box, we can help because we’ve seen and done it all. Here are answers to the most common questions we get from new clients.

Start by reaching out. It’s ok if you have no idea what you want to do. We know how to ask the questions that help you come up with a plan. You don’t need to know about wine to work with us. Give us 15 minutes on the phone and we can get you started - promise!

This is one of our most commonly asked questions, and ends up being the most fun part! When we talk, we’ll get a sense of your group’s demographics, goals, and wine knowledge level. From there we curate a unique wine tasting just for you. Every wine event receives a custom quote with wines tailored to the group. No idea is too simple or too wacky. We’ve done it all.

If you have a corner for us to perch on, we can pull off your event. Have us to your home, your office, or an off-site locale of your choosing. We love roof decks and backyards too! It doesn’t need to be a fancy space to have a great time, but if you’ve got a fancy space we can do that too!

After we speak and work out the event details, each event receives a custom quote that includes a base fee, service fee, rentals, and wine as well as other additional costs like parting gifts. We do custom quotes because each group size is different, and the cost of the wine varies from event to event. We have creative ways to work within budgets.

We sure can! While your food invoice will come directly from the company you choose to work with, we are happy to help you by making introductions to our trusted partners and working with you on menus. We’re also happy to work with a caterer of your choice if you prefer. Our event estimates do not include food.

Don’t worry, we have it all and will bring it all! We’re a one stop shop and if for some reason we don’t have what you’re looking for, we’ll help you find rentals that work.
